If I was confident…

Confidence & Mindset workshop exclusively for women
Just imagine how it would feel if you were super-duper confident! You know like all those people you admire and look up to. Just imagine for a minute that you have the same belief in yourself as they do. 
Feels good right? 

The first step in any transformation programme is to work out exactly where you are right now. That way you have a starting point, but more importantly you can easily see how you are progressing. This will serve as a great motivator to keep you on your confidence journey. 
 
On a scale of 0-10 where does your confidence sit? Right it down and make sure you write the date next to it – let’s see how far you develop in a short time. 
 
The next step is to visualise how it would feel to be more confident than you are right now. Go on, I dare you to imagine what it feels like to be a 9 or a 10 on the confidence scale. 
Ask yourself…
  • What would you be doing that you’re not doing right now? 
  • What would be different about you? 
  • Would you be more successful than you are right now?
  • What would others notice?
  • How would you feel? 
  • Would you be happier than you are right now? 
  • What would you be saying? 
  • What would you be doing?
  • Do I really want to be more confident? 

Feels good right. Keep all of these feelings inside, remember how it’s going to feel once you do the work and develop your confidence. This will serve as your WHY and will keep you motivated. 

Make sure you write it down and keep it safe, remember to make a note of the todays date… you are gonna be shocked just how far you can go in a short space of time.
