Feel you are not good enough? 6 tips to being your best self!

1. Believe in yourself.

Dream big – it’s the essence of every successful person. They dare to allow themselves to dream big, they imagine how their future will be and then they work hard to achieve that future goal.

With low self-esteem, you are not ready for tomorrow and lack confidence in today. Success isn’t the end result, it sounds cliché but success is in the path that gets you to that end goal. You need to believe in yourself and have faith that the right thing will happen. Accept who you are, you are amazing and unique.

2. Fake it, until you make it.

This is a common term for a reason – it works! Faking confidence and self-belief is is a good way to start; you will be amazed just how quickly you start to believe in yourself.

3. Make it happen!

Talking about something is the easy bit, making it happen, well that’s another story all together. Keep your promise to yourself.

4. Find positive people.

This is something I live and breath by and I have witnessed first hand the power that negative people can have on your life. Surround yourself with positive people who notice your good attributes.

5. Start small.

Changing a small bad habit will make you feel great but it will also demonstrate to you what is possible and will inevitably lead to bigger changes. The more positive changes you make, the more confidence you will feel.

6. Do some exercise.

I think most of us agree that exercise is directly related to happiness, so get up and move. You don’t have to start training for a marathon, just get out of the house, take a brisk walk and get that heart rate up.
